Horror Camgirl - Ch. 114: The Tyrant’s Sweet Talk

Sensing something amiss, I abruptly opened my eyes and turned to dodge, but it was too late. A sharp dagger pierced into my back.

Enduring the searing pain, I drew my Peachwood Sword and, spinning around, drove it into his throat. Li Yuxiang let out a scream as crimson light burst from his eyes and mouth, disintegrating into a pile of ashes.

I quickly grabbed two Healing Pills and swallowed them. Tang Mingli, alarmed, reached out to hold my waist, pulling me to his side. With a swift motion, he sheathed his short knife at his back, then channeled his inner energy into his palm, unleashing a powerful strike forward.

Boom!

A deafening explosion shattered half the wall. The Demon Child’s form appeared, but it was as if he’d been crushed by a truck; every bone in his body fractured, leaving him sprawled among the rubble.

Yin Changsheng’s voice echoed in my ears: “Girl, this Demon Child is no ordinary being. While he hasn't fully broken free from his seal and his strength is still limited, eliminate him quickly, or the consequences will be unimaginable!”

“How do I kill him?” I asked through gritted teeth, suppressing the pain.

This Demon Child was unkillable; even a Core Strength Martial Artist would be at a loss.

“Indeed, this Demon Child is difficult to kill. But I can teach you an ancient technique that might work,” Yin Changsheng replied.

With the knife still lodged in my back, I couldn’t act personally, so I had to rely on Tang Mingli. He helped me sit against the wall and retrieved four Tao Wood nails from my bag.

“Pin him to the ground with the Tao Wood nails,” I instructed, after swallowing two more Healing Pills along with a Small Peyuan Pill.

Tang Mingli didn’t even need a hammer. A single palm strike drove the Tao Wood nails through the Demon Child’s limbs, firmly securing them into the concrete floor.

“Next, use Tongue Blood and spit it onto the Peachwood Sword,” I instructed. “You possess a Pure Yang Body; your Tongue Blood is several times more potent than that of an ordinary person.”

[Haha, so the Tyrant’s celibate status has its perks after all!]

[Tyrant, you should just stay pure forever. We’ll leave saving the world to you! We believe in you!]

Tang Mingli shot me a fierce glare, then bit his tongue and spat the blood onto my Peachwood Sword.

It was noon, the time of the day when Yang Energy was at its peak. Tang Mingli struck the ceiling with another palm, allowing sunlight to flood in, bathing the Demon Child in its rays.

The Peachwood Sword, now infused with Pure Yang Blood, gleamed with a golden light. The Demon Child seemed to sense danger, thrashing desperately.

Tang Mingli stepped on its abdomen, raised the Peachwood Sword, and drove it forcefully into the Demon Child’s heart.

At that moment, a chilling wind swept through the air. I shouted, “Watch out!”

Tang Mingli swiftly raised his sword to block the incoming force, but the impact threw him several meters back, his heels carving two long grooves into the ground.

Steadying himself, Tang Mingli suppressed the blood churning in his chest and almost coughed up blood. Swallowing it down, he shouted, “Who’s there?!”

A dark shadow flashed by and stopped beside the Demon Child.

It was a tall man, at least 6'3", dressed in a black suit. He was strikingly handsome, with a youthful appearance, yet his narrow eyes were filled with an ancient depth.

He wore a faint, serene smile, but for some reason, it made every hair on my body stand on end.

It felt as though standing before me was not a handsome man, but an ancient, ferocious beast.

[Whoa, who’s this hottie? He’s just as handsome as Tyrant!]

[I love guys like this! Hey, handsome, do you need a girlfriend?]

[Enough with the thirsting; this one’s clearly a villain.]

[Don’t you know villains always have the most fans? Especially the hot ones.]

“What do you want?” Tang Mingli asked in a deep voice.

The handsome man in black glanced down at the Demon Child and said, “Sorry, I need this creature for something. You can’t kill him.”

Tang Mingli’s voice turned icy, “And what if I insist on killing him?”

The man in black smiled faintly, “You’re not my match.”

With that, he stretched out his hand, and the Tao Wood nails embedded in the Demon Child’s limbs flew away. The Demon Child was lifted into the air, his neck gripped firmly by the man’s hand.

The once fearsome Demon Child now hung limply in his grasp, not daring to move an inch.

Tang Mingli didn’t dare make a move. The overwhelming aura emanating from this man was suffocating.

Was he a Martial Artist? An Ability User? Or a cultivator?

I spoke up, “Sir, can you tell us what you need the Demon Child for?”

The man in black turned to me, his lips curving into a mysterious smile that was as sharp as a scimitar, causing all the female viewers to swoon.

He gazed at me with an intrigued look for a long moment before saying, “Interesting, very interesting. Boy, how about we make a deal?”

Tang Mingli felt a sense of dread, “What kind of deal?”

"I want this woman. As long as you hand her over to me, you can do whatever you want with this Demon Child," the man in black said. "How about it?"

Tang Mingli angrily responded, "No way!"

I was a bit confused. I was still wearing a hat and mask, so he shouldn't be able to see my face clearly. Why was he suddenly interested in me?

The man in black chuckled. "I can even throw in a Divine Weapon. What do you say?"

Tang Mingli was startled. Divine Weapons are mystical weapons that can significantly enhance a Martial Artist's combat capabilities.

During the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Period, it was a paradise for Martial Artists, with Divine Weapons appearing frequently. For instance, the famous swords of Gan Jiang and Mo Ye, and the Sword of King Goujian of Yue displayed in a museum, were all Divine Weapons.

For a Martial Artist, obtaining a Divine Weapon is a rare opportunity. If a Divine Weapon acknowledges its owner, it’s said to elevate one's cultivation by a level, making future martial training much more efficient.

To many, trading a woman for a Divine Weapon is a deal worth making.

[Is the handsome man in black falling for our streamer? Wow, our streamer’s charm is off the charts!]

[Holy crap! A Divine Weapon! Divine Weapon, man! I've only seen one in my life, and that was in a museum. If I had one, I could totally break through to Dark Strength!]

[Tyrant, don’t do it! Remember, our streamer is an Alchemist! Divine Weapons may be rare, but Alchemists are even rarer!]

[Are you nuts? If you think Divine Weapons are common, go ahead and find a few for me.]

[Enough already. The streamer isn’t Tyrant’s personal property.]

Tang Mingli looked at him coldly and said, "She’s a person, not an object to be traded."

[Well said! That’s exactly what Tyrant should say!]

[Tyrant, you’re refusing a Divine Weapon to protect your woman? I can’t tell if you're a hopeless romantic or just plain foolish.]

[Heh, I bet Tyrant is definitely not someone who lacks Divine Weapons.]

After finishing his words, Tang Mingli shifted his stance, positioning himself in front of me, clearly indicating that if anyone wanted to reach me, they’d have to step over his corpse.

My heart, which had frozen over, showed a faint sign of softening.

The man in black narrowed his eyes slightly and smiled. “If that's the case, I hope you won’t regret it later.”

With that, his body turned into a cloud of black mist, disappearing along with the Demon Child into thin air.

Tang Mingli quickly came over to support me, patting a few pressure points on my back to stop the bleeding.

Gritting my teeth, I said, "Help me pull out the knife."

"Brace yourself." He gripped the handle and yanked it out. It felt like being stabbed all over again, and I convulsed in pain. I quickly swallowed a few Elixir Pills to steady myself.

Tang Mingli asked me to wrap my arms around his neck, then carried me in his arms. I blushed. "I can walk on my own, you know."

In a low voice, Tang Mingli said, “I was really scared just now.”

“What were you scared of?”

“I was afraid he’d take you away. He’s stronger than me,” Tang Mingli confessed, a dark glint in his eyes.

[Wow, Tyrant just confessed!]

[That’s a confession? This guy sure knows how to flirt in his own way.]

[What are you waiting for, Tyrant? It’s a dark, windy night—perfect for, you know...]

My cheeks flushed, and I quickly lowered my head. “I-I haven’t turned off the live stream yet.”

Frantically, I tried to turn off the live stream. But as I picked up my phone, I saw the chat filled with messages: “Streamer, look down! Look down!”

I looked past Tang Mingli and noticed that the ancient book with a human face that had fallen to the ground was undergoing a strange transformation. The face on the cover suddenly opened its eyes, and its shriveled mouth widened, emitting a piercing scream.
